葛新寶牧師在1958年與哥哥葛銘寶牧師共同創辦葛氏兄弟企業有限公司，歷任公司負責人、廠長、總經理、副董事長職務。1967年於台北信義會救恩堂信主受洗，1979年－1983年期間任命為教會關懷執事。1995年蒙神呼召全職傳道，1996年開始拓殖洛杉磯華人福音教會，2001年由福聯使命團按立成為牧師。現任洛杉磯華福佳音教會主任牧師，兼任中華民國基督教佳音宣教協會顧問牧師。2003年畢業於Pacific International University，獲得神學士學位。
